SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We aim to process and complete your order within 3 - 5 working days. We post all orders using tracked Royal Mail services, so that we can keep an eye on your order while it makes its way to you.

Sadly, we are currently unable to offer International shipping but are exploring options to make it a possibility.

Return & Refund Policy
If you have ordered something from us and it is faulty in some way, then we will happily refund you the cost of the faulty item(s) once it has been safely returned to us.

Faulty items will only be refunded if they are returned to us within 2 weeks of arriving at your delivery address, with no extra damages or faults beyond those that they originally arrived with. We will require clear photographic evidence and a description of the fault/damage in an email along with your full name, address and order number sent to info@verylucky.co.uk

Handmade items may vary and minor differences from example pictures will not be considered as valid reasons for refund. We hope that you understand that while we are a small two person operation we cannot afford to reimburse the cost of postage, and any order(s) returned to us will be at your own expense.
